What a wonderful experience! As a qualified RYA coastal skipper it really takes a special boat trip to enthuse me to write a review... A wonderful time was had by our party. Captain Alex was the perfect skipper for our sunset cruise. Charming, polite, knowledgable and a true water man he curated the perfect sunset island tour for us! His technical mastery of the vessel was clear from the outset, making a few tricky manoeuvres look effortless, especially his navigation of the smugglers cove. His wide range of Ibizan historical knowledge and sailing anecdotes had us entertained and often in stitches as we traded tales! We decided to hire an afternoon sunset excursion with Boats Ibiza for 6 people and it was the highlight of our holiday. They sort everything out for you, drinks of all varieties, snacks, towels, snorkeling gear..so no need to prepare anything except a good playlist on your phone which automatically works on the boats sound equipment. The best thing about the experience was our captain Alex, what a dude! So attentive to all our needs, fun, and profesional. He did us a super route around amazing cliffs to snorkel, pirate caves and gave us lots of information on the island as we cruised in style singing our hearts off looking for the perfect sunset spot. We had such a lovely time on these boats! We booked a first tour to Formentera with Alex - it was like paradise! We HAD to book a second trip for our last day. The 7 hours boat trip was amazing. We were a group of 8 people and went there twice in a week. The skippers are really friendly and will bring you to all the must sees in Ibiza, Formentera and around. Soft drinks as well as alcohol is included.
